WEB HOSTING: Our site is developed and maintained by a third party who has access to all information on this site. This partner is responsible for maintaining the privacy described in this statement. The third party retains no rights or privileges associated with the information (i.e. cannot distribute, sell, exchange the information collected)

Members may do this online or by e-mailing info@flexoptical.com.  To manage contact information and opt-in features, members may log into the secure members only area and select "My Account." Members may change and/or remove their contact information from Flexsys database at any time through the web tools and/or by submitting a request to info@flexoptical.com. Members may choose to unsubscribe from Flexsys member mailing list and/or not have their contact information displayed to the membership also.  At any time a user may opt-out of receiving event updates, press release announcements, and other information and updates from Flexsys by sending an email request to info@flexoptical.com. Email correspondence from Flexsys to the membership includes instructions for unsubscribing also. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
